Main Street Cupertino

An 18-acre mixed-use development on Stevens Creek Boulevard, planned as the city’s first modern downtown.

Sand Hill Property Co.’s plans, presented in 2012, called for a town square lawn, shops, offices, senior condominiums and a hotel on a site bounded by Stevens Creek Boulevard, Finch Avenue, Vallco Parkway and North Tantau Avenue. Patch called it the city’s first modern-day attempt to create a downtown.

In 2026 its retail core, about 131,000 square feet of storefronts just south of Apple Park, was sold for about $130 million.
