The Civic Center at 10300 Torre Avenue holds City Hall, the Community Hall and the Cupertino Library. The library, rebuilt in 2004, is the busiest branch in the Santa Clara County Library system.
Each March the Big Bunny 5K runs along Torre Avenue, with a kids’ fun run on the library field.
